Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not on thine own understanding! Proverbs 3:5................
There is only one thing in the world that is trustworthy and that is the promises of God, for He is trust worthy. Its interesting to note that on a dollar bill it says "In God we trust" There was a time when this nation was grounded upon freedom of Religious liberty! The freedoms we once held to as a nation are slowly being withdrawn and taken from us one at a time. If there was ever a time to trust in the Word of God now is that time. The closer we come to the close of Human probation and the end of this world's history, the more we ought to trust in the loving and merciful God who is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Our freedom to worship God as he has commanded will soon be replaced with dogmas and commandments of men! We will be told how and when to worship! If we place our trust in man we will be decieved. The main reason we find it difficult to trust our fellowman is because so many times in the past that trust has been broken. Sometimes by friends and loved ones, co-workers and classmates. All of us have experienced situations where a promise has been broken. For this reason we can trust in the Promises of God, being that His promises have never failed and can never fail. God is love. The bible says in 1 Corinthians 13:8 that love never fails. This is the mindset when we are try to restore our health as the Image of God.
The mechanism of the human body cannot be fully understood; it presents mysteries that baffle the most intelligent. It is not as the result of a mechanism, which, once set in motion, continues its work, that the pulse beats and breath follows breath. In God we live and move and have our being. The beating heart, the throbbing pulse, every nerve and muscle in the living organism, is kept in order and activity by the power of an ever-present God.
The Bible shows us God in His high and holy place, not in a state of inactivity, not in silence and solitude, but surrounded by ten thousand times ten thousand and thousands of thousands of holy beings, all waiting to do His will. Through these messengers He is in active communication with every part of His dominion. By His Spirit He is everywhere present. Through the agency of His Spirit and His angels He ministers to the children of men.
Above the distractions of the earth He sits enthroned; all things are open to His divine survey; and from His great and calm eternity He orders that which His providence sees best.
The quote above indicates clearly why we should take heed to Proverbs 3:5,6! Trust!
